Happy Sunday everyone!
Hope you’re all having a great day. It’s Sunday and as promised, it’s time for a beauty related post.
I honestly love eyeshadow. It can change a single look from basic to dramatic or even the opposite way around. It’s so versatile it’s a makeup bag staple. Palettes make any routine that little bit easier by keeping all shadows in one easy destination. I personally love them for that reason. I only buy palettes if I know I’ll use a lot of the colours from them so it’s handy for me to have them in one place.
So, not only are these the eyeshadow palettes I own but there also the main ones that were on my wishlist’s and are a dream to own.
LOVE this palette with all my heart. This is the priciest one I own at a whopping £43.
As you can see I’ve gotten a lot of use out of it, hitting pan on 3 shadows and close to doing so on a few more too. I know ABH has a bit of a reputation at the minute after subculture but honestly this palette checks all the boxes. This does have some fallout but nothing crazy like everyone describes the others as.
The pans in this palette are HUGE. I love the colour scheme and the price point is a dream. This is the cheapest palette I own at only £5 and you would honestly think it would be higher for the quality. It’s so creamy and so pigmented I cannot complain at all.
This is one of Morphe’s earlier 35 pan palettes and it’s definitely an investment. The shadows last so long it’s actually insane, I’ve had this for more than a year now and haven’t touched pan on any of the shadows but still use it religiously.
The colour scheme is quite generic but come on… they’re still so beautiful! This palette just gives you everything you need for a natural smokey eye or any kind of natural eye look, which is basically all I do.
Another addition to Morphe’s 35 colour palette range… A damn good addition if I do say so myself. They NAILED it with this one. You can see the effort and energy that truly went into this palette from both Jaclyn and Morphe which makes it 10x better to use.
As you can see, mines a bit worn down and a mess now. But seriously can we just take a minute to admire this colour scheme. It has everything you need in one place and I bow down to them for this. This is definitely my favourite of the bunch and is well worth the price of £32.
Okay guys, that’s it for today’s post. Hope you guys enjoyed today’s post. I’m thinking about making the What’s in my Makeup bag a weekly series every Sunday… Let me know what you’d think about that.
See you in the next one,
